THE DISPATCH:

Most people use AI like a search engine. They start from scratch every single time. They explain their business, their goals, and their problems over and over. That’s not a partner; that’s a stranger with a short memory.

The Fix: The Save File

You need to create two "Identity Files"—one for Work and one for Personal.

  • The Work File: Your industry, your team size, your 10-year goal, and your "House Rules" (e.g., “Never use corporate jargon,” or “Always prioritize cash flow over growth”).

  • The Personal File: Your values, your family goals, and how you actually like to spend your time.

The Workflow: Every time you open a new chat, don't type a word. Just upload those two files.

When the AI knows who you are before you ask a question, the experience changes instantly. It stops giving you generic "AI answers" and starts giving you your answers.

Your Assignment: Spend 10 minutes today writing those two files. Save them on your desktop as Identity_Work and Identity_Personal.

Stop being a stranger to your own tools.

PS: If you are skeptical of telling it ‘personal' information, there is nothing wrong with that. I am not asking you to tell it your Social or your mother's maiden name and kid’s birthday. With that basic info it could hack your life savings! Lol. Keep it to the basics or whatever you are comfortable with ‘a 52 year old HVAC company owner with 3 employees’ will go much further than you think.
